I call this place Empire Blvd Bay because it is off of Empire Blvd and from the bottom of the hill there is a parking lot where you can see a side view of the restaurants on Empire as well as a view of the southern part of Irondequiot Bay. This place is a good place to launch your boat/canoe or go fishing. It is also quite beautiful during sunsets. There are many swans in the area and the biggest Carp I have seen come out of the bay. If you follow Bay Front road further away from the parking lot there are a couple other little pull over spots where you will find trails that you can follow that will take you to secluded spots to fish.
